Travel Lodge Bath

The Travel Lodge, Bath is located close to the heart of this very beautiful and historic city.  The only problem with staying at this location if you are driving that it does not have any parking facilities but there are two car parks located close by. 

The other alternative to actually getting to Bath is that you can travel to it by train or you can reach it by coach.  The station in Bath is located only 1 mile from the Travel Lodge so once you arrive you can either hail a taxi or just walk the short distance to the hotel instead. 

Once you have checked into your room and if it is not too late then why not take a trip in to the town center and enjoy the sights and sounds that it offers.  Whilst you are there, it is important that you arrange to spend some time at the ancient Roman Baths in the city.  This allows you the chance to take a trip back in history and see just how the Romans lived when they came to Britain.  It also provides you with a chance to see what the Romans left for us and the kinds of things that we now use as part of everyday life.

However, if you have traveled to the city of Bath by car with the children then why not take a drive out to Longleat Safari Park.  This is only 18 miles from the center of Bath and is a place that you and the children will enjoy.  However, it is advisable that you arrange to spend a day here simply because there is so much to see and do during your visit.
